I was encouraged by my mom to buy a condo unit for investment purposes. Why not? The only question is the money. So after the pros and cons, I've decided to go on with it, with my hubby's approval of course. I have to work real hard to be able to come up with the monthly payments. It will be a year till I am free from it. I hope everything will be alright, financially speaking or else. The current work situation looks gloomy but with faith and action, I pray I'll be able to succeed. Help me Lord!
